Eco Propeller Polisher

The innovative Eco-Propeller Polisher is an unparalleled underwater propeller cleaning and polishing tool with an operationally superior venturi retraction and reclaim system. Through the low weight (< 1kg) venturi system design that is mounted directly onto the pumphouse, a high-power retraction efficiency is achieved. Hereby, the venturi system converts water with a pressure of 200 bar and 30 l/min to a retraction capacity of 180-200 l/min in a 1.5in return hose. Before commencing operations, the diver places a booster pump with three 125kg clamp magnets onto the rudder or stern area of the vessel, ensuring a distance through the hose to the Eco-Propeller Polisher of less than 15m while in operation. The flexible polishing disk and the pumphouse of the Eco-Polisher create a balance and adapt to the propeller’s surface, ensuring a smooth and efficient cleaning and polishing process. All marine fouling and any other release such as heavy metals from the propeller’s surface are efficiently collected through the connected reclaim system and effectively filtered to low micron levels by the onboard filtration system.
